Perfect•Serv II®

A stylish and efficient rethermalization oven and refrigerator system that allows cold storage and bulk thermalization on one attractive cart. The Perfect•Serv II cart will hold chilled food at 35°F (2°C) and then rethermalize it with the push of a button, or pre-scheduled on a 7 day timer.

Perfect•Serv II carts provide faster rethermalization, are more ergonomically safe and produce the best quality rethermalization results in its class. The bulk serving system is easy to operate and requires less staff training. Perfect•Serv II carts are energy efficient, cost effective and easy to transport from the kitchen to the serving area. The carts can be restocked remotely using the Transport Dolly and Easi-Roll cassette system.

An important companion to the Dinex Perfect•Serv II cart, the Support Cart provides all the necessary utilities for serving, and an organized system for transporting supplies. Constructed of premium quality, maintenancefree stainless steel with rugged casters and push handle. The Support Cart features on-board electrical connection, drop-shelf and convenient bins and shelving for supplies. Also a generous amount of “working space” on top for trays and urns, etc.
