Dura-Ware® Signature Select™ Cookware Lifetime Warranty
The Lifetime warranty is null & void in the event of misuse or abuse of the Dura-Ware® Signature Select™ Cookware.
This form must be filled out in its entirety and submitted to Carlisle FoodService Products within fourteen (14) days after date of purchase for the limited warranty to be honored.
