Convection Wax Base Heaters

Specifically designed for heating unitized (wax) bases, the convection heater’s uniform temperature and even air-flow produce consistent heating throughout the stack. Improved design with a simple controller that allows the base silo temperatures to be adjusted from 140°F to 330°F (60°C to 166°C). Also features latchless hinged lids and a safety open lid catch to prevent accidental lid closures.

Designed for superior temperature retention and durability, the stainless steel wax-core base ensures that hot foods stay at their maximum temperature throughout patient tray service.
