The Coldmaster® Coldpan removes the inconvenience and mess of ice baths while reducing the potential of bacteria. Drop standard-size metal foodpans into the Coldmaster Coldpan and reduce steps of food handling; from storage to cooling to presentation. Maintain cold temperatures under 40°F for up to eight hours. Ideal for catering; front of house or back of house.
