The Las Vegas Convention Center hosted Catersource 2012 on February 28 & 29. Carlisle featured several products including: the Maximizer Portable Bar; Alibi Bar and Stemware; Venico serving pieces; stainless steel and Melamine displayware; the Savannah electric chafer; ice caddy; Coldmaster products; and My Cateraide in a 600 sq ft booth.

Catersource said there were 1,000 more registrants over last year.
