The Dietary Managers Association held its 51^st Annual Conference and Expo in Dallas, July 26. Carlisle/Dinex was there! Several products and equipment were featured in the 600 sq ft booth.

Featured products were: the new Fenwick Tray Top, Custom Decorator Trays, Sierrus™ Melamine Dinnerware, DLite Tray Delivery Cart, Plate and Wax Base Heater, Turbo Temp and Smart Therm. During the expo, the Carlisle/Dinex booth raffled off the very popular Coldmaster® Ice Cream. The lucky winner was Elizabeth Greene of Spartanburg Hospital for Ret. Care in Spartanburg, SC.

At DMA’s annual Leadership Recognition Banquet Jacqui Gustafson, VP of Marketing for Carlisle/Dinex was awarded the 2011 DMA Distinguished Service Award. This is DMA’s highest honor awarded to an industry partner. Jacqui was also recognized for her extensive service to DMA as a member of the DMA Board of Directors, Chair of the Industry Advisory Council and member of the DMA Foundation Board of Directors. Jacqui’s service to DMA spanned a 6 year tenure.

All the expo exhibitors and attendees were invited to the DMA Party With A Purpose for an evening of networking and fun. January Davis, Marketing Communications Manager for Carlisle/Dinex, participated in the Cake Decorating Competition. January was on a team comprised of a chef, an exhibitor, and 2 CDMs. Her team competed against 2 other teams. The goal of the competition was not only to entertain guests but also raise money for foundation scholarships. Carlisle/Dinex looks forward to participating next year! More pictures...
