Just what is NAFEM? Why is this biennial trade show so important?

NAFEM, the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers www.nafem.org, is an association of more than 625 foodservice equipment and supplies manufacturers who produce industry products for food preparation, cooking, storage, and table service.

The NAFEM Show showcases a wide array of foodservice equipment and supplies innovators and experts, all under one roof.  February’s show will bring in around 20,000 attendees shopping for fresh ideas, creative perspectives, innovative product solutions from over 700 product categories, plus product demonstrations.  It is a show worth visiting.
